We would like to congratulate Travis England, from Allatoona Lake, for being selected as the recipient of the 2024 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) National Water Safety Employee Award. Travis stands out for his innovative and comprehensive contributions to water safety. He assisted with coordinating the distribution of over 7,000 donated life jackets, educated nearly 2,000 students about water safety, and his consistent engagement with the community is admirable and reflects great credit upon himself and USACE.
