Doing Business with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the largest engineering and construction organization in the federal government. While it does some engineering in-house, the vast majority of engineering and construction overseen by the agency is done by the private sector. Architect-Engineer firms and construction contractors and subcontractors, through a competitive bidding process, undertake contracted projects for the Corps. In addition to this process, the Corps has an active small business program which qualifies eligible firms and sets aside a certain percentage of work for them.

More detail about contracting with the Corps and small business programs can be found in the dropdown menu under "Business With Us" above.
