U.S. Army Corps of Engineers debris removal teams, in coordination with FEMA, are actively conducting debris removal operations in Toa Baja, San Juan, Puerto Rico, on October 26, 2017. In addition, debris removal will begin in, but not limited to, Ponce, Arecibo, Humacao, Caguas and Fajardo in the near future.
