ATLANTA, GA- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Southern Atlantic Division’s (USACE SAD) Brigadier General Diana Holland, went to FEMA’s Region 4 Response Coordination Center (RRCC) in Atlanta, GA, Sep. 7, 2017.
