Aerial view of the progress on the Río de La Plata Flood Risk Management Project, one of the largest civil works projects in Puerto Rico under the Caribbean District. On July 26, 2024, the new district assumed oversight of the Civil Works program, military construction projects, navigation initiatives, emergency response efforts, and Interagency and International Services, among other programs.
