TF VIPR HQ, San Juan, Puerto Rico - Military and civilian leaders from U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) South Atlantic Division (SAD) meet in the Second Quarter Regional Governance Meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The four-day meeting included visits to San Juan Harbor project, Río Puerto Nuevo and Río de la Plata Flood Risk Mitigation projects and Caño Martín Peña Ecosystem Restoration Project, among others. In the picture military and civilian leaders discuss the San Juan Harbor project.
