U.S. Virgin Islands - Frank Randon, center, Emergency Support Function 3 Team Leader, works with members of the critical public facilities planning and response team to work through timeline and staffing projections. In the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Corps received more than 20 mission assignments from FEMA for response and recovery efforts from hurricanes Irma and Maria, one of which is for critical public facilities, where the Corps is working with the territory to develop solutions for medical clinics and fire stations across the territory.
