SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - Sharon Garay Rodriguez serves as the deputy director for the Puerto Rico Power Grid Restoration Program. Before working for USACE, she worked for PREPA in field maintenance and construction of systems. "Her technical competence, acquisition expertise, and knowledge of the intricacies of the PR Electric Power Authority were an instrumental asset to the team," wrote Brig. Gen. Diana Holland, who leads the USACE response and recovery effort.
