Neil Medlin (left), from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District, and Mike Bauman, from the Honolulu District, serve as Quality Assurance technicians for the Non-Federal Generator Operation and Maintenance mission in Puerto Rico. The mission helps repair existing generators in Puerto Rico to free up temporary emergency generators for use at additional sites.
