Last pass operations in Fajardo, Puerto Rico on January 30, 2018 marked the end of debris collection for that municipality under the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s debris mission assignment. Completing the last pass, for debris clearing marks the transition to the next phase of recovery for Fajardo in Puerto Rico.
