Ms. Stephanie L. Hall

As the Regional Business Director, Ms. Hall provides executive leadership and direction for the Division and subordinate Districts in operating as a Regional Business Center (RBC). The Director leads, drives, manages, and oversees the strategic direction, technical engineering support, financial operations as well as providing regional support to the RBC. The incumbent serves as the Division Commander’s primary advisor on all matters pertaining to the Regional Business Center. As chair of the RBC’s Regional Management Board (RMB), is responsible for executing the RMB’s Strategic Planning, Corporate Initiatives Management, and Strategic Performance Measurement and Management missions.
Prior to her current assignment, Stephanie served as the Deputy District Engineer for the Nashville District with responsibility for directing water resource activities of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers throughout the Cumberland River Basin, and navigation and regulatory matters in the Tennessee River Basin, an area of more than 59,000 square miles. Over the course of a 25 + year career as an Army Civilian, Stephanie has held positions in several USACE Districts and in U.S. Army Installation Management Command. Early in her USACE career, Ms. Hall worked in Engineering and Construction throughout the Lower Mississippi Valley. Ms. Hall's other assignments include Germany in support of EUCOM and AFRICOM; Savannah District in support of Ft. Bragg; Afghanistan in support of the USACE Trans-Atlantic Division; Hurricane Protection Office and the New Orleans District for Hurricane Katrina recovery and reconstruction; Kansas City District as Program Manager for the Next National Geospatial Campus West; and as the Military Integration Division Chief Northwestern Division. Prior to her Army civilian service, Ms. Hall worked as a financial planner. 
Stephanie holds bachelor's degrees in economics and civil engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla, now Missouri S&T. She is a Certified Project Management Professional, a member of Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and Project Management 
Institute Metropolitan St Louis Chapter. She is a member of the Academy of Civil 
Engineering University Missouri S&T.
