A LOP is a type of Individual Permit that authorizes minor projects with no significant environmental impacts or opposition. Examples: small community or private docks. Typically processed in 120 days. You can apply for a LOP via the RRS system, please ensure you attach Dock Drawings, a Federal Consistency Certification Statement, and Adjacent Property Owner Card (see examples below).
