EMERGENCY COMMAND CENTER, Jacksonville FL - The Jacksonville District Emergency Management Teams' operations administrator, Jason Summerbell, is one of the many people working behind the scenes to support the State of Florida and our nation. The Emergency Operations Center is fully operational and preparing for the pending storm.
