South Atlantic Division Career Opportunities

The South Atlantic Division employs about 4,000 civilians, led by a few military officers, in the Southeast region. As a large engineer organization, the division is staffed by a wide variety of disciplines, from engineers and architects to park rangers and wetlands scientists. HOW TO APPLY

We would like to congratulate Travis England, from Allatoona Lake, for being selected as the recipient of the 2024 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) National Water Safety Employee Award. Travis stands out for his innovative and comprehensive contributions to water safety. He assisted with coordinating the distribution of over 7,000 donated life jackets, educated nearly 2,000 students about water safety, and his consistent engagement with the community is admirable and reflects great credit upon himself and USACE. Great job Travis!

Leah and Evan Morgan, husband and wife team from Huntington District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, share the hand-drawn Christmas tree, sent to them by their Sunday school, age group 7 to 11, of First Missionary Baptist Church, Culloden, West Virginia. Leah, an administrative support assistant, deployed Nov. 14, and Evan, a civil engineer technician, joined her Dec. 22 to support the Corps Task Force Power Restoration mission.
